The Young’s Citizen’s Foundation (YCF), via the Vancouver Foundation & The Army Cadet League of Canada (ACLC) are proud to present the 2019 recipient of the YCF scholarship, CWO Evelyn Wrobel of the 2919 Grey and Simcoe Foresters Royal Canadian Army Cadet Corps. Cadet Wrobel, will be pursuing her post-secondary studies in Fitness and Health Promotion at Fanshawe College in London, Ontario.
Each year, the YCF, via the Vancouver Foundation offers a $5000 scholarship to a deserving Army Cadet to help cover tuition fees at the post-secondary institution the recipient will choose to attend.
